Website did not say restaurant was closed. Wait at drive through was long, made ordering ahead a waste of time. We expect to... come inside to pick up our order. Side cups were half empty. Rice was undercooked. Disappointing. Read more

Been here a couple of times and I'm a bit disappointed. The first time I came, they said that they didn't have the tostada... bowls. Came same day, different week, they said that they didn't have burritos or tostada bowls. I'm kind of wondering who isrunning this store that they are running out of food. When I got my food, I was sad to see that my wing was a bit burnt and thechicken was dry. The person that made my order had a friendly customer service so I give him credit. But overall, if the guywasn't there, I would have just given this place a one star. Read more

I was extremely disappointed with the food here. I ordered a12 piece w/rice and potatoes. First the wait time was ridiculous... waited at least 20-30 minutes, then got home & food looked so unappealing, the chicken was burnt on the top and super dry. Therice was burnt and hard which wasn?t cooked fully. I will not be returning here because it was a waste of money. The food wasawful and spent $35 on it. I have to be honest about it and good luck if you do go there, hope it?s better than our experiencewas. Read more

i had a pretty bad on the borderline of horrible experience the other day for lunch in the drive thru at this location. i was in... the general area and wanted to grab a burrito so i decided to skip the front counter and go in the fast food drive thru windowfor quick service but it was slow even though i was the only car in line. they actually mixed up my order with the car behind meand almost handed me a tostada which was strange because my one burrito was completely different. the salsa dressing that iasked for was also underserved in the small container. i wasn't given enough napkins either. the customer service is lacking andseems like another training would benefit them to at least say sorry about almost handing the wrong food out. The 15 times that we have used the drive thru have had an ok experience. But this past weekend we had a very bad experience. We... were hot, tired and hungry and our curbside pickup order from app was not ready, even thou app said it was. Had to get out ofcar to see what was happening, they were not busy, I was ignored by one worker who seemed to have ear buds listening to music? 2minutes later somebody appeared and heard me asking for my food, 7 minutes later I finally got my order, no explanation orapology. I felt really unwelcome, seemed to be bothering them. Noticed inside to be a bit dirty and dusty, there is nomanagement taking control of store, Most likely I won't come back to this place and now I understand other people's experiencehere. On 4/6/22 at 1:17pm I had the worst drive thru experience. First of all I waited almost 25 min on the line. The attender: 155... Carla.R was super rude.. I understand that the store might not have some items available on the menu. But she could have simplysaid .. Welcome and I?m sorry but we only have chicken and sides available nothing else on the menu. She waited till I asked for3 different meals and denied me. When I finally got to the window she said nothing she took my card. Passed me my bag and Turnedaround never giving me my drink. So I was waiting for her to return with it and 2 mins later she shows up.. no drink and I saidexcuse me can I have my drink? She asked me what I ordered and I said Fanta orange And she finally returns with it.. SeriouslyIf you dont like your job get another. I wasted my all my lunch hour on the line and when I finally reached her she was the oneslowing down the whole drive tru with her lack of customer service skills. Read more

Horrible experience the chicken was completely dry and it looks they dumped old chicken scraps in my salad! The ruined both... salads by adding the wrong items and not removing the requested one. Not only was the order incomplete the mash potatoes weremore soup like then the gravy! I know they aren't meant to be 5 star quality but where's the standard. Really hope this getsfixed because I can't imagine spending another 40 bucks here again. Read more
