UPDATE: After reaching out twice directly to Pizza Delight in the last month at the email address they provided, we have still... not received a reply. We are regular customers of PD, they are our usual go to for pizza night because of their location. (Butthis was not our first negative experience) Last weekend we ordered through DoorDash and we?re notified our order would be readyin 30 min. Upon arriving to pick up our simple order, we were told that it hadn?t been made yet and would be another 20minutes. After 20 min it was still not ready and were told again we?d have to wait. When we inquired about canceling the orderwe were told that because it was place through DoorDash it wasn?t an option. An hour after the original pick up time our orderwas finally ready. The manager was not friendly or apologetic. No offer of extra product or discount was made to make up forthe inconvenience. The food was good and consistent. Upon sharing our story with friends it appears we are not the only onesexperiencing poor customer service at the Cornwall Pizza Delight. We?d like to support this local business but won?t until wehear things have improved. Read more

I'm going to ignore the fact that this restaurant had possibly the stickest and greasiest menu I have ever experienced, the fact... that it took us 15 minutes to get our order taken, the fact that it took over an hour to cook a 9 inch pizza and nachos, and thefact that the waitresses only job seemingly was to deliver menus and fetch dishes while the older manager performed the minimaleffort required to get our mediocre food, or the fact that the "garlic bread" was two slices of toast with one square inch ofgarlic spread dropped finely in the center to leave you with 80% dry toast The thing that truly bothers me about thisestablishment is the chicken Alfredo. It wasn't bad, it certainly wasn't good. How is it physically possible to make a food assimple and uninteresting as this to taste literally like NOTHING. NO taste to distract you from the texture of a boring excusefor pasta. It wasn't gross at all, it had NO taste. Nothing. The only thing redeeming was the nachos. I like the barbecuesauce. Fantastic food and great service, the staff are amazing! Every bite of food was delicious, and the staff are very friendly,... quick and got our order 100% even though we threw some curveballs with our order. Unfortunately, some patrons don't appreciatethe hard work the staff are putting in and demand unrealistic service timing during rush hour dinner in prime tourist season.The staff working here deserve a huge kudos to how greay our experience was! The service was good, but it was a long wait for the food considering the restaurant was pretty much empty. We got a variety of... different menu items, such as oven subs, donair, pizzas, and garlic fingers. Most of the items were pretty good, but the garlicfingers were kind of bland and the gluten free pizza tasted really good, but caused the individual to make multiple trips to thewashroom. Read more

Placed a phone take-out order told 20 mins waited for 25 mins then went to pick up ...still not ready waited in store for... additional 25 mins... kitchen was very disorganized... phone order customers were stacking up and at 1 point there were 5people awaiting their order plus myself ( 6 deep ) ... calls were coming in for takeout and they were still tellingpeople on the phone 20.mins ...was 50 + mins of wait time at this point for my order from when I ordered ... Such poor service! I had ordered a pop and half way through drinking it had noticed the cup was incredibly dirty. Told the... waitress and she said she would take a look. Took the cup and then brought us our bill. She didn't offer any apology or discounton our meal. The spaghetti was extremely dry and hard. The high chairs were also disgustingly dirty and caked with old food.Highly recommend you steer clear of this restaurant! Read more

Perfect service. I was picking up Pizza to take home, forgot to call first so I had to wait the full prep time in the... restaurant, the place was empty and it only took maybe 10 mins to get my order. Everything tasted great. The establishment wasclean and there's benches for people who need to wait for things and there's a bread station for people who dine-in. Woulddefinitely recommend. Read more
