Staff is friendly and fast but my lettuce was rotten and they hid it? so gross and had to take my whole wrap apart?.
Got our usual on the way back to NS. Our dark roast tasted like watered down mud puddle. Horrible!! And the restaurant/ rest... stop is in great need of a reno. Dirty bathrooms and the inside resembled an abandoned storage building. I strongly recommendto keep driving. Read more
I don?t know what to say, they goofed up my order and I have to come back again.
So we came and asked for a classic lemonade. When we get to the window the girls hands us this slushy. We explain to the girl... that it's not a slushy it's made with ice. The girl and her coworker proceed to raise their voice and say they don't have iceand that's the best lemonade I'm gunna get. So we try explaining that we always get it and the girls continue to be rude so wejust left with the slushy lemonade. Maybe the employees should have said at the order window they don't have that option (eventho it was on the order screen)at their location or when we got to the window and were confused they could have explained thenbut no they got ignorant and treated us like we were dumb. Maybe workers should be educated in what they don't carry to properlyexplain why we can't get what we always get at every other location in our city. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and asked them to be double toasted. Got back to our hotel and they were barely warm. Went back,... explained the situation and was told I would have to wait while he made all the other orders in the drive thru first. ThatDidn't sit well with me so I demanded he make my sandwiches loudy and colorfully. This finally brought the manager out who madethem for me. Mistakes like this need to be corrected ASAP not put the customer out by making them wait even longer. The otherproblem is the person in training should not have been on the drive thru register at 10am on a Sunday. She had a really hardtime getting our $24 order right, which was really easy IMO. That is management's mistake not the trainees, they should havenever been there in the first place. I will definitely never stop back in to this particular store. Read more
Food and staff great. TH rent this space. Washrooms disgusting. Convenient stop near 401. Stopped here many times since it was... a meeting stop for me Complained about dirty urinals ,no toilet paper. Staff blame landlord but they are responsible to keepclean . Unhappy with the long hair wrapped around my hashbrown and my sister ordered a plain bagel they gave her a sesame without asking... first. Coffee is ok. Wear garnets when working with food isn't a hard thing to do! Especially with long hair! Read more
