Went there last evening, I was very much impressed by the professionalism and speedy and accurate customer service. It was quite... busy but still got my food in good time with no mistakes. Food is amazing but really need employees with better customer service every time i go in it gets worse

went in for a burrito bowl today, and food was great as per usual, but service was sub par. Place was empty, and i still had to... wait a few minutes before being served. i would be more understanding if prep work was being done in the back, but i could hearthem chit chatting with eachother. Young blonde guy took my order (which he usually does), and everytime i?m in, he?s moreinterested in chatting with coworkers than engaging with the customer. I feel like a burden when i interrupt the conversationsto ask for modifications to my food. my total came to $14.23, so i handed him $15 in cash. He hands over my food, then puts mychange into the tip jar right infront of me, without me saying keep the change. It was only 75¢, and i?m not mad about that,but the lack of customer consciousness is what upsets me. if there were another quesada in cornwall i would go there rather thanthe one on brookdale, solely for the lack of customer consideration. The two staff who served me tonight were really unfriendly, didn?t ask if I wanted sauce, didn?t wrap the burrito properly in... foil so it spilled in the bag. They must have hired new staff. Usually I have a great experience here but after this I will notbe going back. Do not recommend. Read more
