I decided to change my review for this particular McDonald's location because I had initially reviewed this McDonald's my review... focused on the 'not so happy' drive through workers, the ridiculously long drive through wait times etc If your in a big lineand your just having a coffee, let the crew know not to make it until you get to the window if you want it to be hot. Butsince, then the staff that does the drive through have been pleasant, friendly and always smiling. The drive through still getshorribly busy and sometimes they only have one lane opened, which sucks if your just getting coffee, but the demonstration ofexcellent customer service trumps the long wait. Good job McDonald's, I rarely change my online reviews unless there is asignificant difference in service, quality or food preparation. You have a good crew there right now, some of the olderladies that work cash deserve a nice bonus or maybe even just some recognition for the good that they bring to yourestablishment. Read more

?We don?t serve walk ups? Lol! Because a car might hit me in the drive through? Let?s talk about Quebec where the stores are... still closed because Cove it fearmonger them and people are lined up in the drive-through on foot like I was tonight. I was 8 cars back in the drive through at 12 :45 am. It took over 45 minutes until I was at the window getting my food. Every... experience I have had at this restaurant, late night, has been the exact same experience. This time i timed how bad it was.Terrible. Read more

Waited 17 minutes in drive-thru one morning for 2 mcgriddles which I never got and paid for. Was asked to pull up to waiting... window after 17min and got fed up. Recently went at 8 pm ordered 2 double cheeseburgers in store. Took 5 min to take my orderand another 10 to get it. Definitely the worst tasting burgers I've ever had at any McDonald's. The girls working behind thecounter were more busy socializing with there friends than anything. Terrible service. Not welcoming at all. Read more
Waited 17 minutes in drive-thru one morning for 2 mcgriddles which I never got and paid for. Was asked to pull up to waiting... window after 17min and got fed up. Recently went at 8 pm ordered 2 double cheeseburgers in store. Took 5 min to take my orderand another 10 to get it. Definitely the worst tasting burgers I've ever had at any McDonald's. I went an had literally gotten a vanilla milkshake that looked like raw egg. i had also ordered a junior mchicken that wasn?t... put in my order. they?re incredibly inexperienced an don?t know what they?re doing. i will never be going there again, it wasterrible customer service and they don?t care either. if i could give less stars i would. Had a long wait for someone to take our order, there wasn't anyone in line at all. I was rang up incorrectly on 3 items which I... had to bring to the cashiers attention. Honestly, no big deal - stuff happens, but then she just looked at me like I had 3 headswhen I asked for a refund and for the items to be rung up correctly. Thankfully the manager did help get the situationresolved. Play place is closed. Overall the place is filthy. I understand no refills because of covid but the lack ofcleanliness negates that. They use covid as reasoning for adjusting operations but fail to complete general cleaning of hightraffic surfaces. Yikes. Read more
