The lineup often intersects with the shopping cart parking area and people leaving. I don't know how MacDonalds seems to have forgotten how to properly serve the public. They have started nitpicking over price. I... just don't understand why a customer would be expected to pay for a condiment when they have bought a meal. If I can't enjoy myfood the way I want, I will go somewhere where I can. I know the McChicken special is supposed to be Crispy but mine was over cooked almost burn. Staff were great.
