I Had to REBAKE my pizza. The dough was still raw and had half the amount of cheese you would expect on a pizza. I work at a... pizza establishment, if this was a pizza that came out of our oven I would be ashamed to serve it. I will never be orderinggreco again. Great service, & although pizzas are often undercooked they will replace with fully cooked one.
Worst garlic finger every.. cold as ice. And all dry up.. really disgraceful.. I wouldn't give this to a starving dog.. ..... won't be ordering in there again.. I have pics of what we brought on my wall.. Read more
What I've experienced, service wise, for a delivery order, is nothing short of disgraceful. The ordering process went well,... until I used your tracker! Your tracker indicated the product as delivered, and it wasn't! I contacted the store, and was toldthe order hadn't left the restaurant! I asked how can it be delivered, and still in the store. I was told, by a lady workingthere, the drivers often fast click the buttons, so it appears as if the drivers are doing orders more quickly. This is aterrible way to do business, have the tracker show it is delivered, and not left the store, and told it would be a minimum of aforty minute wait! Best delivery guy claud or whatever his name is has a big smile upon delivery and was even nice enough to offer some candle... light and a receipt for our first bonding moment as a memory. Great pizza fast delivery cheap eatzzzzz and great people hope thestars go to 5 they deserve it. Not many work for what he works for with a smile on his face and is positive. Normally our experiences with Greco has been pretty good, but our latest visit was pretty poor service. We stood there for more... than 10 minutes and never saw any staff members...and when they did notice us, they just ignored us. When someone finally cameout from the back to serve us, they were not very friendly. We waited another 15 min for our order...2 slices of pizza and soda.My husband had to stop a staff member and ask for our order. It was the wrong kind of pizza, despite us telling them what wewanted twice. The guy who brought us out our pizza did not ask if we wanted our correct order, offer to refund our money oranything. We were both hungry so we settled for the pizza he gave us. It was very dry and overcooked. The staff service was verypoor, the tables were all dirty and we left without eating. Did not know this was located in Corner brook. Was amazing the garlic fingers were phenomenal.
