Good homestyle breakfast sandwich and tasty coffee

Really disappointing experience. The online menu suggested there were waffles but waffles were not available. Wouldn't take... orders from lunch menu 10 mins early. Place was freezing and they wouldn't adjust the air conditioner which is pointed directlyat the tables since they were going to be roasting coffee later. Ordered milk for kids and it came heated.
