Waitress took our orders brought out our appetizers at the same time as our meal and didn't notice that we had no beverages not... even a glass of water. With our meals almost finished she visited our table on her way to the bathroom and her way outquestioned her about our drinks she said would remove them from our bill....poor service Read more
Horrible horrible service, my boyfriend and our friend just arrived back to the hotel from the restaurant to tell me multiple... complaints. First complaint was a screw in my boyfriends food. Next complaint, my friend has a severe allergy and had told thewait staff when ordering his meal what the allergy was. When he receives his meal, his allergen is still in it so he lets thewait staff know and sends it back to the kitchen, where they must have just picked out the allergen because now they are backhere at the hotel and he is having a severe reaction. As they where leaving my boyfriend and friend where talking to each otherabout the meal and heard a member of the wait staff say "oh just shut up". I work in customer service myself, i know days can berough, but that is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for the treatment they received today! Absolutely despicable do not bring your family orloved ones here. Ever. My boyfriend is from corner brook and he is telling his family that live here to never visit thisestablishment again. Read more
