Some of the staff are very friendly, but the manager, Megan, and a shorter skinny girl with piercings and dark hair...not so... much. The last couple of times I have been in the store the skinny girl seems to have nothing but attitude towards me so I'massuming it probably everyone that comes in, along with the manager. You ladies work in customer service. If you're not going tosmile and at least try to be friendly to paying customers, you need new jobs. Because that's unacceptable behavior, especiallywhen the customer is nothing but nice to you. I called to let the manager know about the attitude I was given and instead ofapologizing about her employees attitude, I got a "uh huh, okay." Holiday, it sounds like you need to clean house at this storebecause what I've witnessed the few times I've gone in there is their crappy attitude. Reminds me of why I'd rather walk theextra block to the other holiday store. At least there the staff and management are all friendly! Read more
