The staff here is continually terrible. You can stand there for 10 minutes before anyone will even acknowledge you are standing... there. I was standing in a fairly packed store in Cornelius, there are several people ahead of me, okay no problem, nobody wants to... cook tonight. The cashier proceeds 2 let the last 2 people through the door jump to the head of the line. I have worked in therestaurant industry, this is the worst kind of customer service. Not happy at all, I don't mind waiting in line, but for herto just let people jump in is ridiculous! Read more
Just shy of buying your own frozen pizza and wings. The M&M desert is overpriced and nothing special. Domino?s definitely has it... above Caesar's. We usually get Winco pizza but they were closed today. Much better there. Read more
We placed three separate orders for several different items. Two of the three orders were incorrect. Manager at the time was not... helpful. It was very busy at the time. But the solution to the problem took over 45 minutes. This could have been handled mucheasier, and quickly. I don't like leaving reviews that are bad. But it is what happened. Always had positive things to say about these guys, till recently. The past two or three times things have been messed up.... Ranging from pizza not even being bothered to be cut, 2 liters not showing up with orders, and pizza being lukewarm (barelywarm). I don't like being that guy, and I know its cheap pizza but c'mon man, I don't even get a drink to wash the cold pizzadown, and they still charged me for that so. I have always like you guys and I hope stuff gets figured out or whatever, cause Ido love your pizza. But for now, much like Greek God that got to close to the sun, you guys have fallen from grace and have losta customer for now. I think it'd be better if I ate other pizza for a while. Read more
Our pizza?s are usually great but tonight is a different story. So first the stuff crust pizza cheese is weird and lumpy as you... can see in picture. It tasted gross. Second pizza is burnt. I called to get them fixed as I used delivery they said I had todrive back and show the pizza?s. Which I refuse unless they pay me for what I paid for delivery. I asked for the manager andexplained what was going on but they started speaking in Spanish to which I understand. They finally put me on a list and i haveto go pick it up. ???? delivery got lost but was kind and apologizing. Great pizza at a decent price! The wait is usually long but the pizza portal makes up for it. If you have a smartphone order... through the app and use the pizza portal for pick up if you don't like to wait. Ordered the stuffed pretzel crust pizza and thishas such great flavor. Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 crazy breads and a soda online. Went to pick it up and it wasn't ready when they told us. We were told "10... more minutes" and it took another hour. A whole bunch of other people were in and out. The issue is they were Hispanic and weare white. They are racist and will make you wait if you are white. This place needs a corporate inspection ASAP.
