This one star is for the manager, who acted like he couldn't be bothered to have any sort of kindness for any of the customers... in there this afternoon. Who knew someone missing a sandwich from their order granted such huffy puffy attitude from such a bigand grown man, I never would have thought! On behalf of those who have to work with you/deal with you as you've been there forYEARS, I whole heartily apologize for the way he treats yall too. I've never even worked there & I can tell behind that counternot a single person feels like they can be themselves/come to work and have a POSITIVE environment & experience. Burger cold... "Be careful, fries are hot and fresh" were Luke warm... Management angry, slapping a notebook on the order... counter and talking about "parked orders" being served out of order and tapping the order screens at employees... Coke machinewas out of everything... Training video seemingly stuck on repeat on a huge flat screen behind the counter instructing workerson how to construct their "new" burger, the southwest something. Could definitely tell staff was inexperienced, overworked andstressed, probably by management acting what they're doing is the most important thing possible. Read more
They don't keep there pop machine filled with ice or pop flavors. Maybe a management decision. You get fuzz and non food items... in your food. Maybe need a health department inspection. Would not recommend this store Read more
I don't often stop by, but when I do, my order is always incorrect and the food looks old and it's hardly even warm. The picture... depicts old lettuce, and slap of mayo in one spot. I did however enjoy the hershey's chocolate pie. Read more
Very busy location, only one cute young kid working his butt off at the front counter. The wait was a little long, there... we're two mistakes they needed to fix as I was waiting for my food. That kid kept a positive, friendly, helpful attitudethroughout it all. Then my order was wrong too. I just let it slide that I had to pay 49% more for my boring old chickensandwich. If I seem bitter, it's true. Id never heard of a Rodeo Chicken, I was looking forward to it. The boring oldchicken was pretty good, and that kid was cute, but I can't help but wonder what might have been. 4 stars. Read more
Waste of money! I received a dry over cooked sandwich that seems to have been sitting out since they opened that day. One of my... sandwiches was thrown in the bag and had unwrapped and fell completely apart. The other had a bun burnt so bad I couldn't eveneat it. This is by far the worse Burger King around. Avoid at all cost! Read more
Dont go there! They will serve you old cold food! We only stopped here because i was terribly thirsty and needed some water, so... we ordered some chicken nuggets for me and mozzarella sticks for hubby and our water, of course. Both our nuggets and mozzarellasticks were OLD and almost all the way COLD! I would have gone back through to complain, but we needed to get our son (13months) home to bed. So the food was garbage, and basically we paid 5$ for water. This isn't our first bad experience with thisBurger King... while I was pregnant and had gestational diabetes I tried to order a sandwich without a bun and get some letticeinstead of the bun (every other place has done this for me with no trouble at all) the employee refused to do that and we leftwithout getting food at all... unbelievable!
