I ordered a turkey to make Thanksgiving "easier." I get it Thanksgiving is a super busy time for this establishment, but I... can't imagine a worse job managing distributing, and processing orders. First of all, you have an appointment time to pick upyour order, but the appointment is an arbitrary time with zero actual value. When I arrived at my appointment time, I waitedfifteen minutes in line and was told I had to come back in an hour. Upon my return, I was then asked to wait an additionalfifteen minutes. Unless you enjoy wasting your time at HoneyBaked, I will opt for a different distributor. Lastly, no one inour family liked the turkey when I finally received one; it was so sweet it overpowered any redeeming qualities. Read more
