Let me start by saying I?ve been to both locations probably 50 times, so obviously I love it here. But I?ll just say, Morgan is... legit the most awesome human I?ve met at the Cornelius location. She?s so personable, could probably sell anyone anything & I?msure will go far in life. If you dine with Morgan, be prepared to have the best dining experience & feel like you?re talking tofamily. I was visiting NC on business from Cincinnati. Was playing some golf by myself Wednesday 7/29/22 afternoon and 3 gentlemen let... me join their group come hold to find out their the owners of Fresh Chef Kitchen. Very nice gentlemen down to earth treat. Sotoday I figure I would try their Restaurant. Man was it good. The stuff is Very friendly. Manager was excellent on top it.Waiters were hustling making sure everyone stay happy. Highly recommended one their location if anyone looking for a place toeat. I?m a regular at this restaurant. I absolutely love the salmon and kale salad. I?ve eaten it what seems like a million times,... and it?s always excellent. The kale salad is the best I?ve ever had. I wish I could make it at home, but mine does not tastenearly as good! Service is always good and food comes out relatively quickly. Great healthy food options for me. PS?.the keylime pie is pretty great, too. And I love that they serve coffee in a real cup and saucer. It?s the little things. Read more

First off the food is excellent!! Super fresh and delicious. Prices for lunch are reasonable. I wish I could give 5 stars but... staff and customer service needs to be improved greatly. Saw our server ONCE! he never refilled our EMPTY drinks, no one walkedby to check on us, never checked to ensure the meal was correct. Nothing. Had to literally pull someone aside to ask for a boxand the check. When we asked where our server was they told us he was cut and left?he wasn?t as we saw when leaving he was inthe back doing who knows what. Read more
