We won?t be back, the employees acted like the customers were bothering them. One woman just kept yelling next, the poor girl... she was screaming at was just trying to make sure she wasn?t cutting someone in line. The woman just kept screaming. We feltvery uncomfortable, my mother in law had to wait outside because of her attitude. The guys working weren?t as aggressive butwe?re very apathetic. I hate leaving bad reviews especially about employees because I know customer service work suckssometimes, but their attitudes were a little much. First and last time ordering from this place, I ordered through Doordash and when I received my food the eggs on my bagel were... green, which I know sometimes if an egg is boiled the yoke can be green but this egg was not boiled and it?s not just the yokethat?s green. Not to mention the smell of the eggs and the egg is what makes up most of the sandwich. Completely disgustingserving people old, rotten food. Amazing bagels! However, I drove 30 minutes home to realize they had forgotten to put my cream cheese in my bagel pack on the... shelf. :( I know I should have probably checked, but there is an expectation that all items are in the bag. It stained my daybecause I then had to go to the grocery store. After all, we have no cream cheese. I will return, though, just ensure you checkyour bag before leaving!! Read more
I guess I should have looked at the reviews before I went in and based on the response to the reviews nothing is being done to... fix the problems. The gentleman behind the counter seemed to be really annoyed at the fact I even bothered to come in, steppedto the restroom while my food was being prepared, the back door is hanging open, the walls are disgusting and God only knows thelast time they were cleaned. Went back to the counter to pay and was greeted with the same annoyed attitude. I guess I wasoblivious and in a hurry when I went in, but when I turn around to leave I realize the dining area is closed, chairs are up. Soif you aren't allowing people to dine in, what's the excuse for the lack of cleanliness? Let me guess Covid? Well of Covid issuch a big deal then the dining area should be clean enough to eat off the floor! The glass doors shouldn't be covered in handprints, dust should not be collected on the walls!!! Needless to say I left so aggrevated, I just wanted breakfast, so 9 bucksworth of bagel in the garbage! Oh and let's not forget to mention the toilet paper dispenser being completely empty and thecommercial roll set on the back of the toilet. Last time I checked, ladies sit down to use the bathroom, how are we suppose toknow that's where you so lazily decided to call yourself refilling the toilet paper?! If I could give 7 out of 5 stars I would! Exactly what you expect from a beagle place. Highest of quality. The bit of green and... a piece of meat in my strawberry cream cheese is what I needed for that little bit of extra energy to get my day started offright !! Will definitely be returning! ??NOT. The quality is lacking, we bought two smokehouse brisket bagel sandwiches and 6 everything bagels. The sandwiches are short on... seasoning, very bland. The 6 everything, I wouldn?t even call them bagels. Dense, overcooked, doughy, looked like they didn?trise at all before baking. Just sad tasting ring of tough bread. Love their bagels. Was bummed they were out of salt bagels today, had the blueberry bagel instead (toasted with cream cheese). ... Currently no indoor seating, but there are a few tables outside to eat a bagel and drink some coffee. There was a line (about 5people) today, but the staff was quick at helping people, so the line moves quickly. Definitely be back. Read more
What an absolute dump of a location. Dirty in every aspect and in desperate need of a remodel. The service was ridiculously slow... and ended up walking out. Won't ever be back until they at least remodel. Read more
