I usually love this place great pizza and great food, however I took Home a mushroom pizza Sunday and it is the worst ever, no... flavor, little cheese and mushroom, very dry. I grew up in Boston, and have lived down in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. I never found a great pizza place down in the... Charlotte area until I tried Brooklyn South. We ordered the Brooklyn Bridge pizza and chicken parmesan. Both were absolutelyterrific. This is the best pizza that I've had in a long time. Read more
Not the same anymore. Pizza was reheated and tasted like it was sitting out all day hard and stiff. Vodka sauce was not the same... as it usually is. Alfredo sauce was the worst I've ever tasted. This place used to be so good. Read more

I ordered pizza and it was stiff and hard. The toppings and marinara sauce was delicious however it was on top of what tasted... like toast. I complained and the manager said they were slammed and walked out of my face. I asked another worker if there wasanother manager who works here. She said the other manager's name is Megan. I will definitely be talking to Megan tomorrow ifshe is working because I'm ok with mistakes, I'm not ok with not experiencing the food I paid for in an appropriate state, I'malso not ok with a manager who does absolutely nothing and walks away.
