Walked in around 730 Sunday evening and stood at the register waiting to be helped. One person came to the register counter got... gloves and walked away. Another person came by grabbed something from under the counter. Multiple people were in the kitchenand no one acknowledged we were waiting or offended any greeting. After 10 minutes of being ignored by the employees standingwithin 5 feet of us we left without a word from anyone. Read more
Went to get a chicken sandwich, they ask regular or spicy, I say regular, with no pickles. I get my order and go and park to... eat. I open the bag and I've got a spicy sandwich! I take it back and get my regular only to find out that A.) it's got pickles!and B.) It's "cold"! I initially thought, well they just put it in the bag so it won't be hot yet, but then I get parked andopen it up and nope, it's room temperature. I've had mediocre experience before here and this just topped the cake for me tonot come back. $12 down the drain. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would I found 2 hairs in my food that did not belong to me I have very long brown hair and the... hairs I found are short and black completely disgusted they need to put on hair nets or don?t work in fast food simple as thatthe hygiene of this place is horrible 10/10 would not recommend. I came to the local Popeye's which I have been to before and while I really can't complain about the quality of the food I did... witness something that rubbed me wrong. A man came in. He had ridden his bike up there. It was about an hour before closing andthe man said he was hungry and that he was starting a new job next week but he was starving and just was looking for any foodthey may be throwing out and offered to help out in exchange. The manager told him he couldn't help him and the man left. Iwatched as the man made it next door to Arby's with the intent of stopping him so I could purchase a meal for him. Thankfullythe people at Arby's made sure the man was fed. I get it people scam and beg all the time but this man was truly just hungry andlooking for something to eat. You know these restaurants have a ton of food that goes to waste at the close of the night so theycould of done something for him. On top of that my only other complaint was that the only TV in the lobby was on the Spanishchannel. The only Spanish speakers here were the employees. You would think the TV would be for the guest and not the employeesbut the way they treated another human being who was hungry I am not surprised. This guy could of been out there stealing androbbing to eat bit instead reached out hoping that he would get some compassion from Popeye's, which he got looked at withdisdain and contempt. Went through for lunch, only to sit and wait for 13 minutes waiting for my other meal. Nobody had the courtesy to let me know it... may take a minute or a sorry. When the meal is finally handed to me, I asked for sauce only to be told it would cost me $.25.Evidently you only get a sauce with a chicken tender meal. Fine. Paid for the sauce. Open my sandwich to find an absurd amountof mayo, top and bottom of the sandwich. I, myself love mayo, however this was ridiculous. Read more
