The coffee here is incredible. It is so rich and flavorful that it does not need any additional sugar or sweeteners. Each coffee... has its own unique flavor and although each of the ladies have been good, Gabby really hits the mark from pour overs to mochasto hot chocolate. She is enthusiastic with helping you find the right bean and when we saw that she was working with chocolateshe educated us a little bit about the process. I never write reviews but this place is amazing. I ordered on ubereats because starbucks was closed and now I think I prefer... Combs over starbucks lol. Short version: Yes, go here! Lol Full disclosure: This is a really great little coffee shop shopping really great things, from... what I can tell. Ariana was an amazing host/barista with a great personality, and she was more than willing to answer anyquestion I thought of and discuss their offerings whilst making my coffee. I did come in at the tail end of the day, so therewere some things they had run out of, but not really an issue, as still plenty of options to choose from. I opted for an icedmocha , which is a typical staple drink for me at a coffee shop, and it was quite good, just not as bold as I usually prefer mydrinks. Now, understanding the process, there are a couple primary reasons for this: first, the coffee is made via aeropress,which makes a fast, smooth, and great but light cup of coffee that would please any coffee lover that likes a less bold brew;and second, they use a natural chocolate/cocoa for flavoring their beverages, which is more subtle than a flavored syrup, butvery delightful to the seasoned tastebuds and/or more health conscious. I did thoroughly enjoy the drink though, and I find itpriced extremely fairly for the quality and quantity received. I also grabbed a couple of their house made 80% dark chocolatebars to sample on the way home. I will say that I sampled both the Colombian and the Mexican bars, and the flavor profile isgreat on both (Colombian a little more bold, Mexican a little more smooth, both creamy mouth feel with good melt) , but I didfind myself desiring a little more substance to cost ratio. The melting chocolate bar bites did add that little bit of extraflavor I was looking for in my iced mocha and blended quite well in my mouth. I picked up quart size mason jar of cold presscoffee to try later, so I can't say anything on that yet; however, I can hypothesize that it will be quite delectable, based oneverything I've tried so far.
