Total trash hole!! The manager on duty needs to be fired. She refused to tell me her name and was beyond rude. I?ve never been... treated so badly! Whoever was working Sunday 10-30-2022 at night shouldn?t work in customer service. The only good thing I willsay was Jesus. I felt so bad for him having to be in the middle. Not your fault Jesus. The drive thru is a joke. I have been waiting for 25 minutes and me and the two other cars in getting of me have not moved. I'm... patient, but this is a terrible service. As soon as I typed up this review, suddenly the line moved very quickly and it wasvery odd how quickly things went after that. The gentleman I spoke to at the window was incredibly polite and had great serviceskills, but I still don't know why anyone would go to a drive-through to wait 30 minutes. Read more
The boy who was working at Arby's this Sunday afternoon was nice and friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. My son was screaming... in the back and he didn't seem to mind and was actually friendly to my son. Food was good too hot and seemed very fresh. Whichit hasn't been in the past so whoever's in charge now. good job. The boy in charge of the drive-thru really did a great job justhis name wasn't on the receipt. Might be in training I don't know. Let me tell you . Needs new management or training. But anyway . I bought 6 combos , and I got 6 sandwiches 2 drinks and 0... fries . Lol Went back and asked for the fries . They charged me for the fries . Then I drove off . Seriously like me someArby's, but will never go back there Read more
They were out of fries and out if roast beef. Arby's out if roast beef. Unbelievable. Oh ya, they were short staffed... too. 8/9/22 update. Went back after they got new management. Tara was great. Very attentive and focused. Food was excellentand quick. This was the Arby's I was expecting. Tara was also spending time in training the staff. Will definitely go backnow. Read more
I wanted to order a Sandwich from the drive-through and the manager was taking orders and told me to notice that a bunch of... things were out of stock. I did see were several items were out of stock however The beef and cheddar sandwich was not labeledas being out of stock so I ordered that and the manager Told me that they were out of fries and she said " I told you to readthe menu". This was very condescending and very unprofessional. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager andshe said that she was the manager and that she was the one taking my order. I told her she was rude and that I didn't know whatkind of bad day she had but that I had been caring for my dying mother and she hung up on me! I tried to call back and shedidn't answer the phone. I would love for the general manager or the franchise owner to know that this is the type of personrunning the restaurant. I have never in my life been spoken to so condescendingly and unprofessional in a fast food restaurantor any restaurant for that matter. I will never be returning to this restaurant! Floors were greasy, always a sign of bad cleaning procedures and sanitation. They were out of many things, not a worry though,... we ordered other items. The red headed manager was overly aggressive with her employees as well as the way she spoke withcustomers. Cheesesticks were awesome. Mac and cheese was cold and clumpy. Roast beef was okay but just lukewarm. We love Arby'scouldn't wait to have some since the one in our neighborhood has closed, we don't get it very often. For being as new as it was,this location seemed run down and not well maintained. I fear these kind of problems are what are plaguing the company andcausing store closures. It's too bad, we love the food, we just have seen the mismanagement of their stores over the years. Pity:( Read more
