Server and cook, the only two working, and still maintain quality.
The place had nothing but late night drunks. The cooks looked dirty and sick. Bikers and ex cons were everywhere...our orders... were wrong and nobody apologized for the 35 minute wait on food or the fact they got orders reversed. Read more
We're heading up from Alabama to St Louis and going through Mississippi stopped here and glad we did because we've always wanted... to try a waffle house and this was the last one between Mississippi that was on route from Alabama to St Louis. Nice spot goodpeople they had an old time jukebox that needed a quarter we didn't have one and one of the servers gave us a quarter that'spretty cool. We had breakfast meals. there were four of us. I had biscuits and grits with sunny side up egg and it was tasty.Got some hot sauce on there made it even better. Read more
Great service and excellent food. The employee's are very hospitable and stay on top of refills. They have the nicest waitress... on 3rd shift. She is always up beat and has a welcoming smile. I do recommend this Waffle House in Corinth, Ms to everyone. Read more
The server was very polite and attentive. However the cook was rude and did not bother to listen and make the food properly. She... publicly humiliated the server in front of all of the customers in the restaurant making the atmosphere very uneasy and tense. Not many options for food late at night in this area so we checked it out. The cooks and the waitresses were fighting. Had to... wait to sit down at a table, the service took forever to get our food and we were informed there were no biscuits and gravy.Bacon was under cooked, the pancakes were still runny on the inside and the coffee was old and burned. The best part of thisexperience was when it ended the next day and my stomach settled. Read more
Usually I really like Waffle House... But this particular location was the worst experience I ever had. First of all these sunny... side up eggs were hard overcooked and the yolk was completely busted. My Waffle look like someone had already had it and thenthey change their mind. My hash browns were supposed to have onions and mushrooms and there were no mushrooms to be found and afew pieces of cold onions... The young lady who was serving me my to-go order acted as if I was bothering her by existing... Iactually did not eat the food I gave it away. I had to throw away the hash browns because they had hairs in them . The peoplein this restaurant gave me the strangest feeling that there was something terrible done to the food. I usually get such goodvibes from Waffle House but maybe this particular location is just not for me, or people like me. I am in this city usually tomake deliveries I know that will never frequent another Waffle House especially these particular locations. Waffle House used tobe great. It makes me so sad to give 3 stars to Waffle House. Normally it is a fantastic experience for me! The food was awesome as... always, but our waitress Sarah was so crabby it was awful. She didn't crack a smile once. Acted like us ordering food was theworst part of her day. She never asked how our food was. Never asked if we needed anything else. Never refilled our drinks. Iknow everyone can have an off day, but I tried so hard to engage in conversation and she only grunted in response. Read more
