I wishi could blame this visit on the typical, short comming as of late. However in light of the far to common short falls of... resturants lately, the crew at this location was above par. There ernest efforts to provide a service as expected was onlyhendered in the obvious lack of supplies. Curtious and respectfull. But what can you expect when you have hardly any napkins toprovide. The cooks did a great job with the food. I don't pretend to understand how things have gone this long and owners of notonly this resturant but many others have not figgured out the issues keeping the dining experiences at a low as never before. Ican give them one clue, it is not your people and they deserve better conditions. No one can not expect any employie to providea service without giving them the proper esientials to be sucessful. we all know this can be made better acrosse the fast fooddining experience. Read more
We pulled up to the drive through at 1:15 pm on July 8, we waited 15 minutes and no body would wait on us. Don't know what's... going on there, but it was pretty obvious that no one was working even though it was open. I think there's something more thanchicken cooking inside there. Read more
Could be little more friendly at the counter.(I only say this because same as last visit) drink machine was down so they had to... fix your drink. Worked somewhat b4 I left.ok here is the part u want to hear...popeye's chicken sandwich vs chik fila? This wasmy first from popeye's. I got spicey and it was. But the breading got soggy quick under sauce they use. I also noticed that thethick breading tasted like full of grease. So for me chik fila was definitely better. Worst food ever. The chicken strips were thin as ever, look at the pic I've attached and zoom in on the chicken strip I broke... open. It was cold, all breading and skin, hardly any chicken at all. The total for 2 chicken strips diners were over 15.00. Wehad also purchased 3 extra large sides, so a total of almost 25.00. I ask for a refund on the food and just paid for our 2 largeteas. We just received our money back and left. The manager was sweeping and the guy checking us out wasn't sure how to make arefund. The manager never stopped sweeping to ask us what was wrong or how she could help. Worst food and service we've everreceived. I would never recommend this location. Read more
