Almost an hour for dine in. Had no idea what came on or with sandwiches. Ordered ultimate bacon with no mayo, sausage sandwich,... large hash browns and two drinks. Waited 30 min for our order cause they hid our receipt under another tray. Received baconsandwich with mayo and two slices of bacon and a second bacon sandwich and hash brown. Ask to fix our order, received, again,bacon sandwich with two slices of bacon but no mayo and the correct sausage sandwich. Ask the slices of bacon that we paid for,for the sandwich and the little girl attempted to snatch the sandwich from my husband's hand with an attitude. I am currently taking radiation treatments for my cancer. I literally have a hard time holding down food. I can eat a chicken... and biscuit with cheese and tomato and I keep that down. I visit two locations and I can pull up at anytime of the day or nightand they will make it for me. I appreciate that so much. Read more
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have never ate inside a Jack?s until today and I definitely do not want to ever again. If I could give... this place zero stars I would because of the lack of service, wait times, there was fries and chicken all over everything behindthe counter, and the fact one of the employees unclogged the ice machine with a pipe and then with his bare hands! It wasespecially annoying when the lady at the front would just walk back and forth in front of the counter and would not takeanyone?s order. I could not tell you how many people came back up to the front because she kept getting people?s order wrong. Myfood was also not exactly like it was supposed to be but I ate it anyways because I did not feel like waiting 30 mins or more toget it fixed. I would definitely think twice about eating here! Disappointing, it looks pretty good but it's pretty boring. The burger was run of the mill, the fries were limp and tasteless... with an odd seasoning and WAY too much salt. The shake however was really good. And I'll never understand why they put the leasttrained person operating the register and taking the orders; she was woefully unprepared and undertrained.
