Went to drive thru and placed a order for a 2 piece and a 3 piece fish dinner and had a coupon for a free 1 piece fish and fries... they told me they didnt accept coupons so we ordered another 2 piece dinner since they didnt accept my coupon. We got to thewindow and all she had was a 2 piece dinner so we told her we was supposed to have another 2 piece and a 3 piece she said okthen told me the total and she only charged us for another 2 piece so had to tell her again that we was also supposed to have a3 piece hen it took forever to get our food not sure if i want to eat at captains Ds ever again! I love Captain D's but this one in Corinth is extremely slow. (Drive thru) I would still choose Captain D's over Long John... Silver any day though. I will also say that the majority of the time, the staff at the drive thru window is very nice. Read more
i only gave one star so i could leave a review i wouldnt give them that we ordered on line got there on time said order would b... ready waited an extra 20 mins only for them to tell us no baked potatoes had to get fries baked potatoes r 4 dollars extra do uthink we got that back no we didnt then wont answer the phone so i could correct order they charged me extra for food i didntget then waited an extra 20 mins on food we didnt get and they were rude will never be back Read more
Most people would never think of Captain D's as a fast place to get food, and they would be right. But the staff is awesome and... super friendly. The store is always clean. And it's an overall great food experience. If you don't want catfish this is theplace to go. Read more
We received fast, friendly service. The food was good, hot, and fresh. It wasn't crowded and it was fairly clean.
I ordered the 2 peice fish and shrimp dinner and asked for malt vinegar and lemon. I made sure my order was right before I left... the store because they have a bad habit of giving you what they want you to have and not what you ask for. Well anyway I gethome and I couldn?t believe how small the fish was. I thought it was chicken instead of fish at first. 10.00 for a meal itshould be fresh and of good quantity and quality. I won?t say I?m never going back because I love captain D?s but I definitelywill start complaining to the manager on duty when I need to. Read more
I have never been so disappointed then I was today! The Fish was so hard and chewy I almost thought it was something else! The... fried okra was all in the Mac& cheese! The shrimp was cooked day before is what it taste like! The only good thing was the hushpuppies! Even the chicken was like the chicken strips at the convenience store! On a good note the girl at the window was veryfriendly! Seems to me that they serve the fresh stuff to the dine in customers and the old stuff to drive thru customers! Read more
I'm only Walker and the young man came and held the door open one of the workers so I can get in with no problem and I thought... that was very kind he went beyond what he's required to do and I thank him for that it was very kind and respectful the younglady that checked us out and took her order was very kind and respectful there was a gentleman there I need a cup of ice and hehurt me till my friend I need to get a cup of ice and the next thing I know he had me a cup of ice there at the table so Ienjoyed my experience Read more
