They actually have good food when it's good. It's just to hit or miss. Chicken is oftentimes over cooked and oftentimes... cold/old. Employees seem more interested in entertaining each other than correctly taking an order and filling the ordercorrectly. Today it might be delicious. Tomorrow inedible. Read more

This zaxby?s is the only one I go to. I come every now and then for lunch since it?s so close. The service is quick and punctual... due to people coming on their lunch break. Today I experienced something I never have. My favorite this to eat here is wings andthings -traditional. Today not sure if my wings were fully done or not but after eating just ONE I got really sick. Vomiting andstomach pains. I suggest y?all really go through the batch of old chicken and good chicken. Dissatisfied customer brought my fiancé a salad from here after she had a long hard day she wanted something quick so she could... get home and rest. Well that didn?t end well she complained about red welted salad (meaning you should not eat it) but I toldher I?ve eaten welted salad before and never had an issue so she trusted me and kept eating ???? than she came across a blue eggher eggs part of it was blue that was the last straw we will be returning for a refund tomorrow. It?s a bit upsetting I know youcan?t expect a business to be perfect all the time but the welted lettuce we gave it a pass but blue eggs? Come on guys we haveto do better would never eat here again but will definitely say the manager was nice to offer a remake over the phone but onlyif I brought the blue egg with me ???? but my money back will definitely solve the issue see you guys Tomorrow thanks ???? Uh.. they forgot my sauce. Boneless wings already toe the line of just being nuggets since there's no actual wing meat there,... but the sauce makes up for it. If you forget the sauce on boneless wings for a WINGS AND THINGS you've given me a nuggets andthings. Disgraceful. Read more
