I am a frequent customer at trap fusion(Cordova) and usually get the oxtails and fish grits. I dont know if it was a new cook... today or a new recipe but the oxtails did not taste the same and the rice and beans were dry. The fish grits were SUPER blandand watery. They really need to just close. So I ordered thru Doordash 3 jerk chicken Alfredo and the BBQ jackfruit sliders. The pasta had... more pasta than chicken that was over cooked we added a $10 piece of salmon which was a sliver of salmon. My jackfruit sliderswas on two pieces of white bread. Yall are literally located right next to kroger you can't run to the grocery and grab sliderbuns......I stop going here when they accepted then canceled my takeout order. after reading the reviews. I will not be back. I ordered the turkey burger. the bun was not toasted. the French fries were cold... and not cooked all the way. plus the fries had seasoning on them. there was not an option for fries without seasoning. I don'tunderstand why seasoning has to be on fries. at least have the french fries labeled seasoning to let people know what theyreordering. i would also referred the turkey burger on a wheat bun to be more healthy. I?ve been wanting to try Trap Fusion for awhile now so my brother bought me a fish plate today and I?m highly disappointed. This establishment was a huge letdown. I had heard such good things about trap fusion but from the moment I stepped through the... door, I could tell it wasn?t true. I ordered the salmon nuggets and let me say major over hype. The nuggets looked over friedand when I bit into them the fish was undercooked. The only bright side was the nice, young cashier with the puff who apologizedrelentlessly for this mistake. She offered to have my food remade as well as offer to pay for a dessert. Let me just say notworth it. It was worse than the first. The first being come here in the first place. The cinnamon roll was tragic it tasted likestraight bread with some sugar on top. There was no cinnamon just rolls for days. Now let?s get into the price when I saygauging at its finest. I should?ve called the police because this was a highway robbery. Hate to give a bad review because I had high hopes for this place. Service was decent. Got the jerk chicken, grilled... broccoli, fries and an order of wings. The chicken had decent flavor but it was way overcooked and super dry. The rice it wassitting on wasn't fully cooked and hard. The wings were tiny and I didn't like the flavor at all. So, I was slightly disappointed y?all!! I started off with the Lobster Nuggets????. Unfortunately, the nuggets were salty/over... seasoned. But, the lobster meat left inside the shell was amazing!!
