Absolutely filthy!!! Customer service was horrible!! Employees hugging all over each other?orders not ready!! The crew was loud... and forgetting people order.. making jokes that there?s no more hams? pure ratchet.. then you had people walking in going behindcounter fixing bags of stuff and laughing with staff?I have never seen a place of business so unprofessional. I will never shop at honey bake ham again. After standing in line for two hours, they wasn't selling ham slices by the pound... like they normally do, but instead they wanted to sell me a whole ham, which I didn't need. Seem to me, they should have had itposted or someone outside, informing people as to what they could or couldn't buy, they can go to HELL!! Read more

Once upon a time before starting a family i would get our ham from Honey Baked every Thanksgiving & Christmas. Today was the... first time i tried a sandwich. And I love the chicken salad. Walked in to purchase a Christmas ham and it was superb. They were ready and prepared for the influx of holiday customers and... had many hams available. Love the ham. If you are looking for a spiral cut honey glazed ham this is the spot. The lines move quickly during the holiday... season and the staff is always super friendly. A lot of times they are giving out free samples of various items which is alwaystasty. Multiple locations around town and all are equally good. My only complaint is that they are definitely overpriced. Youget what you pay for but still they are overpriced. Read more
