Tomatoes served in my chalupas were frozen and had ice in them. Not a good indication the kitchen staff care or pay attention... to the ingredients they use. Hard to see in photo, but not fun to bite into. Read more
Drive thru is absolutely horrible. The turned the light off! And the line was down the street. No customer service. It closes at... 12 and it?s 10:30 Friday night. Terrible terrible!! We went through the drive thru when the line was kind of long. The staff was able to knock it out quickly. Zion that worked in... the window took our complicated order (my wife is vegetarian) repeated it back and had everything ready to go. The staffdeserves a raise I can only imagine how much stress they undergo. Read more
It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this taco bell. Had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through before... someone took our order. The young lady was rude and had a nasty attitude that was taken our order. Had to wait another tenminutes before we could pull up to the window. No one was in front of me when I pulled around. Got home order wasn't correct andrealized that she charged me for something I didn't order. Just truly awful. Need to learn customer service. Read more
Taco Bell on Germantown Parkway is the absolute best Taco Bell in Memphis! I even go on break when I'm at work in my mail truck!... Now that the MexicanPizza has been back the lines are longer. My order is always right! It's fresh. Most times it looks exactlylike it does on TV! Read more

After being told from another taco bell nearby that they were out of beef, I drove to this location with over 15 minutes left... until it closed. Got to the drive thru speaker and they said THEY WERE CLOSED! Over 15 minutes left?! I drove around to the pickup window and no one was there. Why?! Read more
