WHAT IS THIS On my quesadilla?? I ordered a chicken quesadilla no jalapeños sauce. I drove all the way home to discover an... unknown green substance was inside the quesadilla. It was not the jalapeño sauce that normally comes on it, I?ve seen itbefore. I then went back up to the restaurant and requested a refund for the quesadilla. I also asked for an explanation on whatsubstance was inside. I spoke with the manager Toya. She informed me that she could not give me a refund because I paid with acard, and that If I had paid with cash she would have given me a refund. What difference does that make? I then asked her 3 or 4times what type of substance was that on my quesadilla. She DID NOT KNOW. She asked the person who made it, he didn?t knoweither. Poor customer service! Untrained staff! Went through drive-thru ordered our food got our food had to repeat the order to the girl out the window on the receipt it even... says mild sauce she hands me a handful of hot sauce and our food is lukewarm the best the employees there to be fired forincompetence. Rude employees. They try their hardest to get you to go somewhere else and can't or wont make your order correct... Would... suggest selling this location lack of good employees has turned it into a ghost town. the one in olive branch was fast friendlyand had my order correct would highly suggest the little drive for far better food and service. Food was fresh and delicious! Employees were friendly and professional. We attempted to go to the location on 64 because we were... closer but the dining room was locked (mid day on a Thursday) no one even answered the drive thru when you could clearly seeemployees playing around inside.
