They are slow...like really slow. But I am beginning to believe that's how Starbucks is now. These four in this area are so slow... I don't stop if I see 4 cars or more in line. If I could give no stars I would! I work in fast food and understand things happen but today I was ignored from the berry... beginning as soon as I walked in I was not greater not one employee payed any attention to me when I go up to the counter thenwhen I did no apology and when I said I was in a rush they had 15 mins to make 2 drinks they took 25! By far has ruined my wholeday and was late to my meeting thanks to employees who do not care about the customers at all!!!! Read more

I get that the world is all about drive throughs and called ahead orders, but 5 people were here working. Not one acknowledged a... person coming in to order in person. I finally asked if someone could take my order. One worker was watching another prepare asandwich with her back turned to the front. She even told me she was waiting on that sandwich when she responded to my requestto anyone taking my order, as if doing something while she waits on the cooker (that someone else was working) would be aburden. I don't understand it, but for some reason, everytime I go to this location, they ALWAYS fudge up my drink order! They used to... be top-notch. I don't know what happened. It's aggravating to wait in line for 10-15 minutes, or even place an app order, pickup my order, just to go back there for them to make it correctly! Whoever takes the orders needs help ???? I love my Starbucks in cordova. The people their are always super nice and friendly. If your drink is made wrong or not to your... satisfaction they have no problems remaking it. I am their literally every other day. A lot of the barista make sure theymemorize your order so they already know what you want when you enter the store. I love service with a smile. Read more
The worst experience at a Starbucks to date. They were out of milk alternatives and we waited 30 min for our basic coffee order.... The staff was friendly enough, just a badly managed and trained location. Read more
