Used to be better, subpar on my recent visits. The last few times the coffee has been lukewarm, and the last time the cashier... was pretty ignored me while I was waiting for a bagel ( how hard can it be to simply hand me the bagel un-warmed in its originalpackage as requested?) Every time I stop in at the local Starbucks ( Houston Levee & Macon Rd) all of the employees are happy, friendly and make you... feel like you or catching up with a old friend. Always smiling with infectious happiness. Each and every employee are sonatural with their kindness, and in these trying times they always have a smile and great attitude. Today was an absolutely horrible experience here at this Starbucks Sunday 1/2/21. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and waited... thirty minutes. I never received my sandwiches, all I received was a refund. I don't know if the manager Kevin was there or not,that's the name they gave me to contact. Several people came in after and received their orders. No one said to me, "it will bejust a minute or anything." The young lady in the gray sweater was being very nasty towards people.
