Mediocre! The beautiful prominent location seemed to help make this a great choice for lunch, but from the moment we entered,... the whole experience was pretty "meh". The wait was about 15 mins, even though the restaurant didn't have very many people atall. Literally there were only about 3-4 tables max with people and most of the restaurant was empty. Nevertheless, we madeour order and the mozzarella stick came out really fast, although they tasted on the slightly under-done side. Not bad, but notgreat. Onto the burgers, my daughter greatly enjoyed her burger and milkshake. My burger came without the fries, andunfortunately I still didn't have fries by the time we were ready to leave. My wife wanted a burger. We came here and disregarded the reviews. The servers were nice, but the wait was still long. We... were there for over an hour. 15 minutes to order, 30 minutes to get our food, and 30 to eat. Burgers were bland. Kids likedthe bacon cheese fondue. Unlimited fries were not necessary. Why have curbside if you won't honor it. We called and the lady obviously hates her job, said it would be right out. 6 minutes... later, we tried to call again and see if they were bringing it. No answer. Had to go in and get it myself. Fries extremely cold,burger was good and warm even though app said it would be ready at 2:38 and we pulled up right at that time. Came here with a coworker for lunch and I remembered why I haven?t been in a year or so. The food is mediocre at best and I most... likely won?t come back a third time. When we arrived we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait despite there only being ahandful of people seated. So, we waited. We finally received our seat (near the kitchen) and ordered promptly. I ordered agrilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and a sprite. The sprite was very flat and I requested a refill. After waiting,I reminded the waitress and was met with an attitude (I didn?t mean to interrupt their catch up time in the back). I finallyreceived the drink and, this time, it was fine. The meal itself was basic.. a little sloppy but edible with lukewarm fries. Idefinitely won?t be back as this experience wasn?t that good. I do sympathize with the service industry as they are sufferingbut as a paying customer, I expected more, especially when you have multiple employees laughing and joking around whilecustomers are trying to wave them down. The bottomless fries ???? are the bomb dot com! Servers were really nice. Food came timely and with reasonable pricing.... Communication to the kitchen for vegan requests can be improved.
