I got a burger and fries. Both were delicious. The portions were appropriate as well. I left feeling satisfied.

My most recent experience was very disappointing. The wings were hard, cold, and of very low quality. They were not nearly worth... the price paid (they’re very much over-priced). My first time experience was terrible. I came in for a pick up order. However, the older woman with dreads was unpleasant. When... dealing with the public someone sweetie as the young lady should continue to work the front. She called me a sir then changedand said ma’am. I like it when a request as simple as, "hard-fried", gets honored the way that you would honor the request for yourself at... home. Raymond's wings felt like I made them... at home. A good snap, and crackle on the exterior and a bit of juicy splash andtenderness on the exterior. THE initial call-in was a little shaky (rung a while, placed on hold a while, etc.), but okayoverall - with A Well done ???????? to the kitchen staff and way to go with having a personality out front greeting andassisting the guest (seasoned woman, I for get her name, but was like my aunt was working as cashier) with a focused andfriendly face. EVEN WITH the (now) built-in near, universal rationale to charge higher prices, I would have given 5? - but forthe money and wait time spent - some French fries (at least a roll or two) would have been more acceptable for the cost, and ifso gained, would have gained that last star. This is the first time in history that I’ve came to Rayfords and my food was beyond HORRIBLE???? The first time I came to pick... my food up the wings and fries both were VERY hard. I explained my frustrations to the cashier and she apologized and statedthey will remake it. Note it went from my food being ready in 20 mins to it being ready in 45 mins. When I came back to pick upmy food the second time the fries were fresh but the chicken looked and smelled horrible. Pics will be attached. I’m not sureif there are new cooks but this is definitely not where it’s at. I’m very disappointed about this experience. I suggest youto check your food throughly before you leave the restaurant. The manager Chris is very nice and he make sure his customers aresatisfied. I know for a fact he wasn’t at the restaurant this past weekend. I have to say that I wasn't at all impressed by the decor. However, once thr food came, that was where the mediocrity ended. The... food was cooked perfectly and the sauce for the wings was the best I've ever tasted. I had the barbecue and it had a slight hintof vinegar which rounded it out. The food was served hot and was filling. The price was in line with what it shouldbe....overall, this place deserves all 5 stars that I gave it. Read more
