Terrible service. They literally delivered my order a mile away from my house and left it in front of the neighborhood sign.... When I called they said they?re looking up the ticket then left the phone while I was still on it. Do not order here if you wantto get your food. They disrespected me as well by just leaving me on the phone too. Read more

The bread was not fresh. The bread was hard to chew. And I didnt let the pizza sit for long. I consumed the pizza within 45 to... 55 minutes from the moment I walked out of the store. And no curb side delivery available. Read more

Ordered a pizza at 9 pm for pickup online. Order was confirmed and in the process. At 9:40 I made my way to the store and got... there before close. The spot appeared to be open until I drove up and parked in front of the location. A woman l, who appears tobe the closing manager, looks at me, shuts the lights and locks the doors and tells me she's closed with a bag of food on thecounter next to her. No explanation or nothing. I check my account cause I was charged for the order just to see that sherefunded it. Now that wouldn't be a problem and I was understanding that there may have been short staffed or whatever. Theproblem was the lack of communication. So I try to talk to the woman and simply ask why she didn't communicate only for her tocatch attitude and repeatedly say they're closed as she continues to check out the food she JUST made for herself. I'd do zero stars if possible. I've ordered from here twice now, thinking the first time was a fluke. I put in the order online,... was told it would take an hour. I showed up right when the app said to (the app also said my order was ready) and stood in thelobby for 20 minutes before someone came up front to greet me. The second time there were 6 of us in the lobby, all frustratedand waiting far beyond what we were told. Read more

The wait time was underestimated by an hour and a half. I understand. But, The tracker on my app disappeared it to so long. So,... When I called to check I was told, just tell the driver they can give you compensation for the extended wait. The driver leftthe food and was gone before I could get to the door. Read more

I?ve tried VERY hard to be forgiving because I know from personal experience that working in food service is a pain, but things... like this can?t be ignored. Several times I?ve come in and the place has not been clean, and this time one of the personal panpizzas I?d ordered was missing a piece and then my other one had the corner from an icing packet in the box. The workers alsoare regularly NOT wearing their masks. I will be calling the store here in a few minutes for a refund and apology. Read more
