Terrible service. They literally delivered my order a mile away from my house and left it in front of the neighborhood sign.... When I called they said they?re looking up the ticket then left the phone while I was still on it. Do not order here if you wantto get your food. The bread was not fresh. The bread was hard to chew. And I didnt let the pizza sit for long. I consumed the pizza within 45 to... 55 minutes from the moment I walked out of the store. And no curb side delivery available. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 9 pm for pickup online. Order was confirmed and in the process. At 9:40 I made my way to the store and got... there before close. The spot appeared to be open until I drove up and parked in front of the location. A woman l, who appears tobe the closing manager, looks at me, shuts the lights and locks the doors and tells me she's closed with a bag of food on thecounter next to her. No explanation or nothing. I check my account cause I was charged for the order just to see that sherefunded it. Now that wouldn't be a problem and I was understanding that there may have been short staffed or whatever. Theproblem was the lack of communication. So I try to talk to the woman and simply ask why she didn't communicate only for her tocatch attitude and repeatedly say they're closed as she continues to check out the food she JUST made for herself.
