Pizza was very dry. I literally lifted toppings off of the pizza to see if there was any sauce on the pizza. Very disappointing.

I have always loved Papa Johns pizza because of their crust. Yesterday I ordered two pizzas and had them delivered. When I... opened the boxes, I was disappointed because they looked like thin crust pizza. I called and asked them to make new ones. Theydelivered new ones and the crust was no better. I will Never EVER patronize this restaurant again! I ordered a pizza and 24 hot wings totaling $47. When I went to pick it up,... and after I paid for the order, I asked for extra buffalo wing sauce to be placed on the wings. The employee told me she wouldhave to charge me extra for this! This is after I have already waited 10 minutes on this order AND after being told it would beANOTHER 15 minutes. Horrible customer service! I just told the employee to void the entire order, I?ll take my chances withLittle Caesar?s extra most bestest and 3 orders of wings (24 total) which only cost me $27. Ok, I understand the call for social distancing. However, I waited outside this location while these guys finished up orders... for 2 Door Dash drivers in the restaurant. Respectfully, I did not enter the establishment as the sign on the front doorrequested only 2 customers at a time. My pizzas had BEEN ready. I waited so long that I called into the restaurant to see whatwas going on, only to be put on hold when there wasn't even anything going on. The other gentleman had already taken care of theDoor Dash orders and all they were doing was waiting. The young lady who put me on hold stepped over to brush flour off thedough machine while they chatted. Placed me on hold for over 3 minutes to do that. One of the Door Dash drivers stepped out forwhatever reason and I proceeded in. Ridiculous! You guys need a better pick up for your customers that are not waiting fororders to be completed. 1star for customer service. 2 stars because the pizza was good. Read more
Ordered a pizz a few days ago that appeared to be thrown at my door. Today I ordered a pizza for my daughter that was never... delivered even though on the Papa Tracker app it stated it was delivered. This is the worst location I have ever encountered . Read more
