Probably not coming back. Ordered sandwich at 11:12, picked up at 11:22. Not exactly lunch rush and the place was empty. Got... a scrawny little slapped together thin sandwich that was overcooked and under-stuffed- hardly any meat. I would avoid. Management and kitchen apparently don't care and aren't paying attention or upholding standards. Pics below. What you see andorder, and what they dish out. Nowhere near worth $13.81. From the time we walked in to the strode we have had a manager present and making sure we are happy. In a world and city where... you have to beg for ANY customer service, you his has been quite a treat! I?d recommend this Panera based upon this experience. Read more
The mixed berry Greek yogurt parfaits are always skimpy here and they get an attitude whey you say something...I asked the shift... lead would she pay 5dollars for this and she got mad... I had a legitimate complaint chick Fila is 1.50 less and you get morethan these guys give you... look at the pics... this is ridiculous.. and it's like that everytime I come here. One associateused to make mine when ordered but she no longer works here.. Skip the Greek yogurt unless you like paying for something thatyou get very little of.???? Read more

This was my Second visit to this location. Both visits took place around lunch (11am) Not too busy. Wait time was rather short!... I would say 5-7 mins from the time we placed our order. My friend got the broccoli cheddar Bread bowl(excellent choice, asusual) I tried the tuna today and was Not disappointed ! Hearty portion in my book. Atmosphere was pleasant and staff werefriendly. Terrible drive thru service. Wait time should never be 30 mins. They made us wait for 10 other orders, which were not drive thru... orders, before attempting to work on ours. The window clerk in the evening shift has zero accountability or interest inproviding customer service. Meal finally thrown together with torn up bread just laying open in the bag. Y'all need drive-thrufood preppers, and people who WANT to provide customer service. I'll never go back. The food was terrible and way too salty.This was the Hwy 64 location in Cordova TN. Read more
