Reviews for Pacific Fusion in Cordova, TN
Just left their restaurant. Food was average at best. Not bad, but not great. $52 for 3 people seems too pricy for food this... bland. They weren't very busy at all. They had several options, but the food just wasn't something I would eat again. Not forthat price. Cheap tasting should mean cheap price. There are random parts of the restaurant that smell like a dirty diaper, which is concerning and gross. I didn't notice it until I walked over near their soup area and the back right dining area. Itslike the smell would come and go. I think it was the cleaning carts they are pushing around. They smell like feces. Honestly hadus hurrying out of there for fear of food poisoning. Their cups all smell vaguely mildewy and sour. I ate with 2 other people. All our cups were smelly. I almost vomited due to the smell. The restaurant appears clean, but that smell is not normal. I won'tbe returning. They have a small desk of overpriced trinkets to sell meant to rob the unwary as they leave therestaurant.Honestly, you'd be better off going to grand pacific. They have the same food options, same prices, but theirrestaurant doesn't smell like a dirty diaper and their cups smell normal and clean. And they have trinkets too, about the samehonestly. Pacific fusion is like the dollar tree version of grand pacific but with the same prices, dirty cups, and bad smells. Read more
A very good Chinese buffet. They have many different food options and the quality is always consistentm
Been coming here for like a decade or so now, and this place has SERIOUSLY stepped up its game. Will be back very soon.
What's there to say? It's your typical "Chinese" and "Japanese" fare. Nothing was really special enough to stand out. They... have quite a variety of food on the buffet: shrimp, chicken, beef, vegetarian, seafood. But I didn't see anything that was anydifferent from the other buffets around town. They have a good selection of sushi rolls. Some of them tasted fresh, others hada very rubbery feel to them. They have a hibachi, but I did not see anyone working the grill and I did. Ot see customers withplates from the hibachi. They have a soup station, but there was only some sort of beef stew. There was no wonton soup or eggdrop soup. As for the buffet food, it was edible. I have had better. And I've had worse. This was just mediocre run of themill Chinese buffet. The staff was amazingly friendly. Our hostess immediately greeted us, took our drink orders, and escortedus to a seating area and gave us choice to seating. Our server had drinks on the table by the time we came back with ourplates. He was quick to remove any empty plates and checked on us regularly without being invasive of our meal time. We wentfor Tuesday evening dinner, arriving at 6 PM. No waiting and immediate seating. With drink and tip, we were $20 perperson. Did I eat $20 worth of food? Hard to say. Read more
Thank you to the tremendous Management, Cooks, and staff at Pacific Fusion for helping me ring in my 26th Birthday! I have loved... this place for 6 years and will enjoy the incredible food and amazing atmosphere for many more to come. Due to the CovidPandemic I have not been able to celebrate my birthday the past 2 years. Working in the restaurant industry for close a decade,I understand more than most how the industry has suffered through this pandemic. But Pacific Fusion goes above and beyond to notonly serving incredible food, but to make their guests feel like part of the family. Love the choice of variety of dishes as get to try a bit of each!
Pretty decent size buffet, nothing I would have to run back to. The contrast between the "Southern" side and the Asian side is... definite. Lo Mein was a little dry, everything else I tried was pretty scrumptious. Best little dessert cakes I've ever tasted.Service was okay, but it took 10 mins and about halfway through my salad just to get the first drink. After that it wassignificantly better. Some of the Lo Mein was "sticky" on the tongs and I managed to spill some on the bar, offered to clean itup by they respectfully stated "That happens, and they have people that clean it." So that was pretty cool of them. Read more
Food was great, but our waitress demanded a tip. For personal reasons, I did not have the funds to leave a tip this time, and... our waitress asked me multiple times to leave one. I explained to her I didn?t have the ability to very politely and sherepeated multiple times ?leave service tip? and ?why is it 0?? after I explained the 3rd or 4th time that it?s all I had with ared face, she scoffed and walked off yelling in a foreign language. I understand they may not be getting compensated ashandsomely as they should, but demanding a tip is quite rude and made me feel very awkward about my financial situation. Beenhere occasionally for 4 years, and I will not be returning. 8/10 food (by buffet standards) 0/10 service Read more
