I ordered the lunch special online which includes a drink. The driver said they didn?t give him a drink. I called and the person... that answered the phone said I can come and get it that it?s up to the driver to get the drink. He said they don?t give themanything it?s up to them to get it. Customer service is very important to me and if a customer doesn?t feel welcomed they will not come back. This is a convenient... location for me, but due to the horrible customer service I will not be back. The cashier had a very rude demeanor. She was notpleasant at all. The ticket says her name is Elvis M. I just asked her how long on the cheese crazy bread and she ignored me.She already acted as if she didn?t want to take my order. I ate the pizza too quickly to get a decent picture, but I was pleasantly surprised how great the service was and how nice the... workers were! Typically good experience as usual. Friendly staff, fast service and hot pizza. Quality is what you'd expect from a well... established and name brand pizza chain. It ain't Bosco's on the Square Brick Fire Pizza, but it is a nice childhood comfortfood, so worth the $5. Read more
