I am a travel nurse and have been in this area for 10 weeks. I have actually been to this Krystal multiple times because it's... near where I'm staying. I have never in my life encountered such a rude staff! Especially the girl with the power puffsweatshirt. She is never kind, she never smiles, she's mean, when you say thank you she says nothing. She sighs, rolls hereyes..... she needs a new job bc customer service is NOT for her! Gives you guys a BAD reputation. Business lost ... won't beback. Read more
Delicious Krystal burgers and fries! So wish that you would open up another one in Bartlett. I loved going to the old one on... Stage and Summer. Now there is a Freddy's there. Read more

This location needs an overhaul or needs to just close. I pulled up to order and sat there at least 5 mins before anyone... acknowledged me. She was rude and had an attitude. Never greeted me as a customer. I get to the window and apparently she wasthe only one working because the other 2 just stood there on their phones. Burgers were messy and just thrown together and thefries weighed about 2lbs. They weren't cooked all the way and soaked in grease. Nastiest thing I have ever had. I will never goback. Read more
Worse customer service ever!!!! I waited for almost 5 min before anyone acknowledged me. So I said hello the lady on the... intercom said ? hold ma?am I trying to figure something out? and it was so aggressive just rude and unprofessional. I just sat at the Krystal's on Germantown Parkway for an hour. At the intercom, there was no acknowledgement of my wait and when... I got to the window, the young lady asked "what you order?" I asked her if they were short staffed and she said "Yea. We'realways short staffed." I get that it's difficult finding consistent employees in fast food, but I think a little courtesy goes along way such as "sorry for your wait" or maybe even a free drink or dessert or something. I continued to wait because one Ithought about leaving, I didn?t because I had already committed and spent a while in line. When I tried contacting the numberto report my issue it gave a bounce back. When I went to website to file a complaint the Germantown store isn?t even an option.This was a terrible experience and I pray I don?t get food poisoning. Read more
I should have read the reviews ????. I pulled to the drive-thru and the lady immediately said she wasn't taking orders because... she's the only one at work. Didn't try to position it in a respectful way...or anything. I told her that I had already placedthe order online and paid. She had me pull around. She didn't greet me at the window and just handed the box out, no receipt. Ihad to ask if it was under my name. Then the burgers are cold and the Krystal chics are usually made of real chicken....thissome breaded crop and the bread is stale. Thanks for nothing. Read more
