A CHOICE of sides means that I get to pick what I want. I cannot for the life of me understand how a "choice" means I have to... get the sides pictured instead of the choice as listed TWICE in the advertisement. My visit to this location was unsatisfactorily. I waited in the line more than expected. As I got my order taken I patiently... waited and was specific about receiving my utinsils and napkins because I have not been received them previously. As Iapproached the window I asked if I could add drinks to my order and the lady (i suppose manager was very rude and declined thatI couldn?t add them because their were people behind me) if I waited I?m sure we getting two drinks would hurt the time. Will not be returning. Ordered a large mash potato with gravy on the side and was told it would an extra charge. Why would I be... charged extra for this request when gravy already comes on there? The chicken was good & hot, as usual. The clerk asked me cash or card when I placed my order at the intercom. When I handed her... my card, she walked away from the window. Had I known they were having card issues, I would have given her cash. Disappearingwith my card is not cool at all. Too much going on for that to be acceptable. Read more
First thing is the employees there were so rude and yelling. Second they gave my fiance a bunch yhst was burnt on the side of... the bread.. I wish I could put in a picture because I still have the picture too. But if this how you all are going yo do yourcustomers I would gladly go somewhere else. This is unacceptable. But it was my fault that we didn't check the bag butstill....me and my fiance go out all the time and never get stuff like that. I worked in fast food and you fo not treatcustomers like that. Much better then their Southaven location! Went through the drive through. The wait was not long at at. The order taker was... friendly. The order wasn?t given to me correctly. The food was hot and good. I will be back. Read more
The WORST customer service I have experienced thus far. I placed a mobile order, and could not go inside as the doors were... locked. When I attempted to go through the drive thru, the lady yelled at me and told me to go inside. After walking inside to avery angry little woman, she proceeded to complain that I had an attitude. I was still calm at this point. I asked for barbecuesauce, and she proceeded to call me an Uber delivery guy and say that wasn't on the order. I told her that this was my ownpersonal order, I am not with Uber, and there was no place for me to request the sauce. I left disgusted, made it home only torealize I was missing pats of my order.
