This place just can't get it together and the lack of customer service is ridiculous. The wait times are extremely long and... they avoid taking phone calls for take out about 1 hour before their scheduled closing. They swear the phone never rung butthat's a lie as the cook be standing outside on a personal call sending all calls to a filled voice-mail. This is shameful andmake it hard to attempt to continue to support black owned business in the area. I really do love the wings but customer service is TERRIBLE and the wait time is RIDICULOUSLY LONG. I've been trying to give... this place the benefit of the doubt because of how good it is but they could at least be honest about the wait time. I spendevery bit of $100 every time I order and it's very frustrating to have to wait almost 2 hours for my food. Prices on most online sites such as Yelp and allmenus.com are out dated. I ordered 20 traditional wings I thought were $14.69... which is pretty much the going rate. When I arrived to pick my order up he charged me $25.99. I told they better be good. Theywere tiny in size and totally overcooked to the point of being dried out. They were lightly seasoned and I don?t think they wereall seasoned. Definitely not worth $1.30 each or a return trip. Read more
Thank goodness the wings were decent, because whew, where do I start? It took 30 minutes to get waited on, then 30 minutes... for the food, we watched almost the entire Lean On Me movie during our visit. The restaurant was dirty, and the restroomswere even worse. Absolute garbage customer service. Call my order in show up 20 mins later wait 10 mins to check out. Food comes out sitting on... table.
