I had a great lunch at Green Bamboo Noodle House. I called before to make sure they could accommodate my plant based, gluten... free, and vegan lifestyle. I wanted a soup, and the man that answered the phone told me exactly what I could get to meet myneeds. When I arrived, I mentioned I was the one that called. He showed me on the menu what he had mentioned on the phone. Igot the Cruciferous Soup, which is rice noodles with mixed vegetables. I asked if they could make it without carrots, since Ihave an allergy to carrots. They gladly accommodated all my requests & everything came out perfect. Many other restaurantsmess my order up because of all the changes, but they got it right the first time. ???? The soup was healthy, delicious, verylarge, and filling. It also really cleared up my sinuses/allergy symptoms I was having due to the weather change. They alsohave rice & noodle dishes on the vegetarian menu that can also be modified for me. This is my first visit to Green Bamboo. I ate the bamboo shrimp and squid, it was delicious. Beautiful on the inside, the wait... staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Our server was extremely helpful and present without being overbearing. Iwill definitely return here, bring several more friends and introduce them to good food.
