Was so excited to try this place and was sorely disappointed!! First off the meat looked like sloppy chopped liver. Then my food... comes out and the rice is completely undercooked. I kindly approach the staff who just blankly stare at me, mind you there are atotal of 4 staff standing you there. The one cook says " well it's pre cooked rice so what do you want me to do? " I againkindly said well can you please take my meal off the check? One girl goes to the back and took her time getting the manager. Themanager comes out and says sure. Well, they didn't take it off the check and at this point I was through the roof in frustrationand just left. The funniest part was I wasn't the only unhappy customer. The guy in front of me said he was going to leavewithout paying because the experience was so bad and the manger said " fine I'll just take your license plate number." I visited Genghis Grill for lunch and it was a very good decision. The food was fresh as always and the staff was very very... friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and restaurants as a whole was clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch even though itwas a to go order. I highly recommend this site with five stars. Read more

The food was really amazing! I went TWO days in a row! You have to try the Dragon seasoning or the Dragon sauce at the end. Many... different meat combinations! The vegetables! The noodles are most definitely my favorite but I also recommend one of the manydifferent rice types that they have! And (drumroll) tortilla wraps!!! That's right! Your own burrito! This place is great for making your own food. They rolled out the new menu where they can make a bowl for you. They did not do... any kind of practice for the staff. So when my family came to order I made my own and they had their bowls made. Mine was outand eaten by the time their bowls were done. Read more
