I have been going to this restaurant since about 2012. It was my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area up until the last year.... I'm not sure if it was a new staff or they were under new management but the quality of service had noticeably went down. Theyoriginally had a regular menu and traditional menu that had more dishes on it like pan fried noodles. For over the course of 6months I've had mis communication problems galore every time I've asked for something they say Iwed on't have it. Recently Idecided to give them one last chance. I call and I know I repeated my order and she rung it up as somethig else. I disputed thisat the restaurant but only offered a 5% discount on the food. We ordered the House Special Kung Pao. A generous portion, full of flavor and taste sensations I had no idea existed. Could... not stop eating it. One of the BEST Chinese dishes I've had in this area in YEARS. It consisted of a variety of veges (manyquite exotic) with 3 varieties of protein (tender, sweet beef, succulent shrimp and truly tasty chicken slices as well) with aside of rice. Between the veges. the proteins and the sauce, there was nothing else you needed for a true love affair withChinese food. Please be advised this meal also contains peanuts in case you have allergies. I bought food from here twice. Last week I bought two chicken menu items that comes with white rice by default. I asked them to... substitute with fried rice but instead they just charged me $4.50 each, so 9 dollars for FRIED RICE like I was buying itseparately... this was the most expensive fried rice in my life. Fine. Today I purchased the same chicken as I did last week;however, today the fried rice only cost me $2.50 each, so $5. BUT.... They didn't put 2 egg rolls in the bag that I paid for. Icalled them and said I didn't get my egg roles, can you refund. They said you have to come here... And I did... For my eggrolls. I mean, the food is good, but I suggest opening the bag while you're there so you can verify everything before leaving.And do the math before you pay too as they seem to charge differently every time. We just ordered food to go rom here. I got sesame chicken. It had no sauce and the styrofoam had started to melt. We took the... whole order back. They refused to remake it. No customer service whatsoever. Read more
