They seem to have some issues with their drink machine being down quite a bit. I think they should put a notice on the door to... let people know, so they don't have to stand in a line without realizing they do not have fountain drinks. This location isusually good, but the last two times, I was disappointed. I ended up not being able to finish my sandwhich because they putonions on it when I had requested no onions. I will give them another chance at some point in the next month and if myexperience is better, I will update my review. Read more
Back from out of town and nothing in the house. Decided to go here to save the day and they produce every time!! Fed family of... 5 and professional at the same time. Food is always good!! Meatball sub. Roast beef-sub. Kids turkey. Tuna sub andchicken sub for all of us. Thanks again!! Read more
While I have had pleasant experiences at other locations thus one on Germantown Parkway made me wish I had never stopped. We... happened to be near it thought let's go in they were not too busy but got so after we ordered. My sandwich was fine but my wifeordered a medium Italian sub with no mayo mustard or onions. When we got our sandwiches my wife checked hers...no cheese. Bringit to their attention said sorry made it again. We left drove quarter of a mile wife tasted hers it had mayo and onions on it.So back we go I take it in say it's wrong again okay another remake before leaving I check it again. This now has mayo on itafter repeating each time what I didn't wasn't. Again apologies so sorry 3th time finally get it right no offer of a free drinkor anything for messing up 3 other times. A little expensive, cost me about 30 bucks for a meal for two. Not too bad though, considering the food is great quality and the... staff is very kind. I enjoy their subs more than subway, that's for sure. Seems like they have a really pooping delivery serviceright now. Good variety of subs as well. Read more
