It's a seat yourself and order and the front type place, so there wasn't much in the way of service. The employee at the front... was very friendly and helpful with us navigating the menu for our first time however. The food is very well priced for how muchyou get. Those quesadillas are huge. Update August 2022: Round 2 was a worth it! I said I was going to go back to try this spot again and I?m glad I did. I told the... bartender Ty about my first experience and he was basically like ?say less, I got you!? This time I had a spicy margarita, thesteak & potatoes taco, the albondigas & collards taco and fries. Last time had to be an off day because my food was literallyperfect this time. I see they do brunch now and there is a lunch menu so I?ll be back! (The customer service was great and itwas really clean in there too.) El Mero Taco is a spot that I will have to try again because the food wasn?t that great myfirst time. Maybe the food truck is better? Pros: Clean, staff was friendly, all items were fresh, outdoor seating, 2 out of 3tacos were decent. Cons: Wait time for food, the guacamole was bland (salt + lime was a must), brisket was not tender enoughfor a tortilla, would not recommend the grapefruit margarita. This place was the light at the end of a long dark tunnel. About 2 weeks ago my family I (about 15 of us) stumbled on this gem... after my dad?s memorial service. We were complimented when we walked in all in our white & black, people thought we were leavingphotoshoot. The owner overheard me mentioning to the lady at the bar that where we had just come from. Without hesitation theowner went in the back and had the kitchen staff make us one of EVERY Appetizer on the menu and he didn?t say a word. As wewaited on our food plates just started coming to us & we were confused saying we didn?t order this! He simply said ?it?s on me,sorry for your loss!? Staff was very friendly and the restaurant has a cool vibe and decor. Wait time for our food was minimal and there was a great... selection of unique items I haven't seen anywhere else. I was there specifically for vegan tacos and enjoyed what they had tooffer. Only thing I think I would have liked different was a bit more spice but that's on me for not asking for any hot sauce.Guacamole was definitely some of the better that I've had and the chips seems to be fresh made from actual tortillas.
