Everything in my order was wrong. Wanted pumpkin iced coffee got caramel, wanted american cheese on sandwich gave me white... cheddar, wanted hasbrowns gave me someone else's egg wraps. Sourdough bread tasted like rubber. Read more
This was our third and last time I will ever visit this restaurant! The employees were rude, unwelcoming, and laughed at me and... my family because I thought the way they handle the situation was atrocious. The manager, Monica, was confrontational and theboy who rung us up wanted to argue (the manager was 100% ok with all of this horrible actions) when I explained that we waiteduntil we had eaten before they realized they forgot to make our coffees and that he didn?t listen and messed up our order. Evenafter that, the employees were so unprofessional and made loud and rude comments. When I asked for a bag, because I refused toexpose my family to a fun morning of donuts to a nasty thug-like experience, the manager wouldn?t hand the bag to me until Iasked her ?correctly?! BREAKFAST ON THE RUN: stopped in on my way to spend some quality time at the Harvest Festival. This is another example of a... well laid out, clean, efficient, and friendly environment to grab a bit on the run or sit for a while and chat with old and newacquaintances. I met several people ranging from a young lady clearly passionate about the state of affairs of our country asit relates to the respect for and empowerment of women (recorded our discussion without video), a nice couple sitting outside onthe patio enjoying coffee and the nice weather, and a family, who'd come to the US and now are realizing their dream - Babu andhis family are in the area and run a convenience store with a fueling station. It was nice to meet and chat with them abouttheir journey. No one to forget that come quick bite - banana, BECC, and a Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee...hit the spot then off tothe Harvest Festival.
