The game machines are very deceiving. There is a quarter machine that you put your money in and then find out that the games... require pre loaded cards. Why is the quarter machine even still there. The prices have become outrageous. 28$ for 2 adults and a4 year old. The pizza was still very decent cicis as always. They had no desert pizza out the whole time. Which is the reasonyou come here. Probably one of the dirtiest places I?ve ever seen. The word gross doesn?t do justice to describe it. I can?t believe any... employee would be ok with that, maybe higher up doesn?t see this reviews, but they should. 6-7 employees standing, talking,going outside multiple times. I would be embarrassed to portray my work ethnic that way. If they don?t care that people see thefront that nasty I sure would hate to see where the food is made. No meat for salad charge my kids adult price place was nasty and not clean I would give zero stars if that were possible. This... is the worst Cicis I have ever been to. Not only was the place filthy but The people who worked there were really rude. Theywere out of everything We asked for. This was by far the worst experience ever. I have never been to a buffet that never had food on it . And I mean like for more... than 20 min at a time it was no food out there were 6 at least employees that I saw . The line to enter was consistent and uponentry people was noticing no food. So we began to talk about it and other guest said it had been like that earlier in the week Ithink this is very inappropriate how can you properly run a business that suppose to be a buffet and you can't even stock it forguest . Yet I snapped a pic and a worker was in the back but inn sight eating the pizza of his choice and oh yea the spinachpizza and buffalo chicken pizza posted say there for soooooo long nobody was getting it and it was the only choices for so long Read more
I have eaten here at many times in the past. Generally speaking it's OK pretty good most of the time. Don't get me wrong it's... never been anything just great. I do have to tell you I think they were having a bad day today. Young kid working up front atthe register mouthful of pizza. Couldn't believe hes up there eating while trying to ring people up. Not a single napkin in dispensers on any table. Couldn't keep the buffet station up. People standing waiting for pizzas. One... member in our party placed an order while the rest of us had buffet. After waiting 15 minutes I asked for order. They said itwas in the oven...it wasn't as I was looking in it! I actually watched them make the order and place it in the oven after Iasked about it!
