Very impressed, we will be back! My husband and I have been extremely disappointed with the resturants in Cordova lately.... However, Cheddars went above expectations. The service was great. The food was great and the alcoholic beverages were delicious.The honey butter croissants are so good. My only complaint is the water pressure in the sink in the bathroom. I went to wash myhands and the water splashed on my shirt. I'll know next time. Read more

Had a to go order that took 45 more minutes than what they said. They forgot about my order so I had to go inside where I found... 4 other customers having to do the same thing. Once I received my food this was the WORST burger I have ever had. It seemed tobe kept in the warmer for way too long. As my bun and the cheese was rock solid and almost hurt to take a bite. And the burgermeat itself was was so dry I had to just throw it away. So 45 minutes of waiting for my food and then I had to go home and makeanother meal. Food is good,portions are big definitely value for money. Service though leaves a lot to be desired. We waited 45 minutes for a... table even though the restaurant was less than half capacity, probably lack of staff. Even after we got to our table, drinkstook almost 30 minutes to arrive and food about an hour. Waiter never checked on us once, not even to ask if we needed anythingor more drinks. Really disappointed with the experience. This could have been a 5 star experience, but unfortunately the servicelets it down. They definitely need to sort out the service. We waited the 45 minutes wait when we were told we would receive a text. After 1hr and 10 minutes we walked inside and realized... they skipped over us because of a poor shift turnover. Then we were sat and waited almost twenty minutes to get a drink andappetizers order. 17 minutes later our food order was taken and our appetizer came out another 5 minutes later and it was cold.(Had been sitting in the window obviously) our food came out 22 minutes later and at least that was warm. We were told we wouldget the app off our bill but that didn't happen. We waited over 12 minutes for a to-go box and then after another 5 minutewaiting for a lid for my sauce we just left.
