I don?t usually get lunch before noon. However I had to today and I am really disappointed in the food! The service was great,... no line, but my Sandwich was cold. My fish just didn?t taste fresh, it was soggy filled with grease. The fried okra was supersoggy and soaked with grease. I had a bad experience here before my fist time trying this location about 5 months ago and washoping I?d get a better experience. Unfortunately, i don?t plan on trying this location again. Read more
Had a horrible experience at this place. We placed an online order at 4:30 last Friday, 10/21. Gave them am hoir to fix it. Got... there at 5:30 to pick it up and them the drama happened. They couldn't fund the order, it wasn't in the system, they weren'tgoing to make it for us or refund us. I did file a complaint, and the owner of the store did contact me. I asked for a refund,but when I went back in Minday 10/24, the employees start3d getting g all nervous again and said they were contacted and weretold to re-do the order, so I said fine....go ahead. I didn't want to deal with the drama again. Kudos to the owner for reachingout. But, I will never eat at one of these places again. Read more
The food was not good mostly fish. The parking lot was nasty. I ate my food in the parking lot went back around for a pecan pie... . They meaning a Man and lady took my order, get to the window they said what u order " oh we didn't ring that up" sat there 5minutes for a slice if pie. No apology or anything. Read more
I had a good experience here today. They were attentive and the food was good. Very bright and clean dining room. I was glad to... see the dining room open. Gave me plenty of sauces which can be hard to get at some restaurants. Will visit again. Read more
Unfriendly front end staff. Not a smile in the place. Very short and rude with the elderly couple needing condiments. Staffer... told them that they didn't get fries with their meal when the picture clearly shows that they should. I will never returnbecause of the way they treated this couple. Read more
Came here last night (March 15) and went through the drive thru. The wait time was around 15 mins and my food was fresh, hot,... and correct. I ordered the 3 piece fish meal with okra and mac n cheese. It was kind of pricey but that?s expected because of itbeing seafood. I will definitely come back when the mood strikes. Read more
Fairly new Capt D?s location. Employees were professional and friendly. Food was fresh, hot, and good tasting. Regular fish... was cooked perfectly and side item of coleslaw was also very good. Will repeat! Read more
The food is always good, but sometimes the staff is not very professional. They're on their phones, loud talking each other, or... their dress attire is not kept. As the manager I would probably lose staffing due to me correcting them for their lack ofprofessionalism and appearance in the work place. Read more
